1/2-20 x 4 cylinder
head stud for Packard V-12 1207/08 and 1407/08. Made from heat treated 4140 steel and has
black oxide finish to protect from rust. For use on iron or aluminum heads. 

Packard part number 216143, “Motor Cylinder Head Stud – Long”.
Fourteen required per car on iron and aluminum heads.
